End of MEPO after 12 months

Hi, I’ve just had 12 months of Mepo, been told it’s not working as I’ve had a few more ICU admissions, just trying to find out if their is any more biologics that my consultant will try me on, I’ve got a appointment on the 15th jan and seeking advice what else they can try biologics ways,I suffer with eosinophils asthma, I’m on everything from tablet wise to inhaler and nebs but still suffering had asthma over 40 years I’m 44 now, just want to ask any ideas what I could suggest if my consultant does not, thank-you and a happy new year to you all

Hi. Don’t worry, I have just been switched to fasendra as Mepo was no longer working for me. This is not the end of the road. There is also a 3rd option, but I can’t remember the name of it. Stay positive. Happy new year xx

Hi, hope you got some help at your January appointment. There are actually about 5 different biologic injections they might be able to try you on so don't give up hope. I was first put on Xolair but had a reaction so switched to Mepo. I've just done my 22nd injection and still keeping well, no steroids or antibiotics! Life saver these injections.
