GCA and Earache
My eardrum was no longer red and he diagnosed eustachian tube dysfunction and sent me away with paracetamol and codeine, continue with beconase, told me to use
otovent
(a balloon you blow up with your nose to clear tubes).

Difficulty swallowing, loss of appetite and clogged eustachian tubes.
Most suggestions are based on the idea of popping the ears with positive pressure which was effective in mitigating the clogging. including the popping of my ears, popping my ears using "
Otovent
", popping my ears with diving underwater.

My experience with Eustachian tube fluid build up and solution.
So I tried using "
Otovent
" which was suggested on the forum with some success. When I was tested for COVID I asked that my ear be checked and the nurse confirmed I had fluid in my Eustachian tube which had been missed many times. The nurse suggested saline nasal spray and that was key.

Y'all did it again. Thank you!
If I can not keep up I know the next step is to buy
Otovent
kit. I am guessing what happened is due to my difficulty swallowing my Eustachian tubes did not drain properly and I ended up with glue ear. Might be tied into my not being able to take deep breaths.

Singulair side effect or just anxiety?
I know this med is posted a lot, and there are a ton of different side effects people experience but I am wondering if mine are related to Singulair or if it truly is anxiety. Sorry ahead of time for such a long post! I recently experienced heart palpitations while driving, was lightheaded, faint,

Incorrect Hospital Records
Hi, I’ve been having some problems with the respiratory team and requested a copy of my hospital records, which I’ve received. After going through them, there’s lots of information missing and details which are incorrect. I’m a severe asthmatic, and the consultant has now noted “no definitive diagnosis

Tezepelumab/Spirometry with Reversibility
Hi, hope everyone is managing well. I’m just looking to hear others experiences if possible. I’m quite complex and don’t show a high FeNO and spirometry is normal and my asthma is driven by neutrophils for inflammation. Best peak flow is 440, hovering around 220-350 - 220 is pre meds in the morning

Will this go by August?
I'm planning to bring my
Otovent
device prescribed to me by my GP as I had pressure in my ears caused by the clarithromycin. According to the instructions you can use it on a plane to help with the pressure.

What A Birthday I Had !
I don't want to hijack dear cof drop's funny post and so it is time that I tell my friends what has been going on. 4 weeks ago I managed to see a GP. I told her that I had been having pains in my left upper chest and was quite breathless. I felt sure that it was not an exacerbation of bronch. She laughed

Singulair - Flu Like Symptoms Side Effect
Hey All! A little bit of background on me. Early October I was infected with COVID-19, I’m 4 times vaxxed, and while it was only two days of symptoms, I ended up with SOB on day 3 which later turned into Long COVID. I was prescribed Flovent and Salbutamol by the ER Doctor, my NP then prescribed me Symbicort

Trimbow eligibility??
ok so I’ll reply to you all on my other post shortly, thank you all for your support!! I was thinking of asking my GP to step down my Seretide from 125/25 to 50/25 because the steroid is definitely doing less for me than the long acting reliever. I was also going to ask to switch back from Atrovent
