So I tried using "Otovent" which was suggested on the forum with some success. When I was tested for COVID I asked that my ear be checked and the nurse confirmed I had fluid in my Eustachian tube which had been missed many times. The nurse suggested saline nasal spray and that was key.

If I can not keep up I know the next step is to buy Otovent kit. I am guessing what happened is due to my difficulty swallowing my Eustachian tubes did not drain properly and I ended up with glue ear. Might be tied into my not being able to take deep breaths.
