For thoses of you that have a fib and asthma. Have you been able to take combined inhalers without triggering an a fib attack ? I’ve been on Flovent for quite some time but recently needed something more to open me up. I’ve tried Spiriva Respimat which was great accept it dried my mouth out too much. So now my pulmonologist wants me to try Trelegy Ellipta or Breo Ellipta. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated . Thanks !

I'm on zenhale and spiriva for a few years now and had a problem with dry mouth for a while but rarely happens now.Don't have and breathing problem unless I am excessively aerobic...resulting in coughing.
My husband had lung Cancer so is on inhalers. They also wanted to stop Spiriva and Alvesco. He tried Trilogy 3 different times and failed. No increased AFib but just very short of breath. We were very disappointed.
