Thyroxine and fluctuating hormones
For example, I know that taking extra
oestrogen
can mean you need extra thyroxine. I currently have no periods as I’m breastfeeding a 1 year old; they didn’t return for 2 years last time. But I suspect some fluctuations in hormones. I’m currently on my lowest dose ever of thyroxine.

FDA-Approved Treatments for HR+, HER2- Premenopausal Patients
Last week, I posted a list of FDA-approved treatments for HR+, HER2- postmenopausal US patients. Below is the list of FDA-approved treatments for HR+, HER2- premenopausal patients. I finalized this list of treatments with a Medical Oncologist at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in NY, and it is available

Any had sinus pressure?
Hey everyone! I'm just curious, over the past few years I've had these episodes of intense face pressure and fullness, mostly in my maxillary and also intense jaw soreness. My face is also a little warm to the touch, but no fever. Also, there is not much actual congestion or clogging, it just feels super

Thin lining, failed FET
Hi, This is the first time I've posted as I feel like I need some positive words fron people who understand how it feels to be going through IVF. We had 7 good quality embryos in March 2019 but unfortunately we could not do a fresh cycle due to my thin lining. We were advised to do a FET in 2 months

Oral progesterone 10 or 25 days a month?
I'd like to hear from those of you on oral progesterone, especially bio-identical as I'm not sure progestins are taken the same way. I have taken Utrogestan 200 mg for ten days a month (day 15-25 of cycle) for the past few years (along with Estrogel day 5-25). A few months ago, my doctor suggested I

Which liver supplements can interfere with NDT absorption?
I am a 36 year old male with hypothyroid (Hashimoto's) and take 2.625 grains of NDT. However even though my blood tests seem good (have posted them here before) I'm not making improvements. I have taken a ZRT Labs test, which showed that I have problems with methylation and have too much estrogen. I

Blood tests
Hello, are there any blood tests Endometreosis sufferers should have particularly to see if we have to much
oestrogen
In our bodies and to check liver function.

Binding of iodinated contrast media (ICM) and their transformation products with hormone receptors: Are ICM the new EDCs?
We have seen many posts - and responses - regarding iodinated contrast media (ICM) and their effects on the subjects. This interesting abstract takes the view from what happens afterwards. I can't see an obvious reason that the testing approach wouldn't also apply to the subject given ICM. Thereby helping

No down regulation with DE cycle
Has anyone that has been through a DE cycle not been down regulated? The clinic is recommending that I go on BCP or straight into Progynova estrogen tablets. I’m not used to this and wanted to hear other people’s experiences?

Actually got an endo appointment - any thoughts on Lincoln UK endo team & any suggestions as to how appt may go
My
oestrogen
levels fall within a normal range although inconclusive really as no way to truly know where abouts in my cycle I was when they were taken. I know thst it's probably menopause related but it seems a very extreme initiation given that my cycle had been so good up to this point.

Hyperparathyroidism??
My T-scores are -2.8. I also have severe erosive osteo-arthritis. My question: how can I test that one of my parathyroid glands is (or is not) overactive (hyperparathyroidism) and therefore makin too much PTH hormone which then causes our bones to release calcium constantly into the blood stream. Another
