How much would 7 days of buserelin roughly cost?
Hello, I am potentially going to need to add Buserelin into my next cycle to keep me down regulated. It wasn't planned because my ERA is having to be repeated because there was too much tissue and not enough medium in the sample so the tissue wasn't testable when it got to the clinic... But that's

Does your clinic make you take northisterone to prep for an FET cycle?
I have never been offered this and it seems much better as with northisterone it takes almost a month longer due to starting those pills on day 19 waiting for withdrawal bleed etc before starting

.

Bleeding before FET
I’m due to have my first FET in 2 days time. In the last 24 hours I’ve had cramps and spotting. I’ve been taking 2mg estradiol 3 times daily and started cyclogest pessaries 400mg 3 days ago. I contacted the consultant who advised me to increase the progesterone to 3 times daily. Also we’ll do a scan

Blood test results and thoughts on why I feel rubbish please (long post for help)
What their blood tests discovered was that whilst I wasn't perimenopausal My testosterone was low <0.4 range 0 -1.8 My cortisol was lowish for that time of day range 133-537 (6-10am - my test was 8.30am) They also said something about my

Round number 13 - about to go in!
After a whole month of estrogen my lining finally reached 7.3mm! Even the doctors seem to think it’s strange that some months I get there in 14 days and sometimes it’s 30 days! The things that we learn about our bodies through this process! Anyway, tomorrow is the day. I’ve definitely been struggling

Has anyone ever done an IVF round with no Estrogen (fresh)
*TW - MENTION OF LOSS* This is my second round of IVF after 3/4 of my previous embryos ended in MC and other did not implant. My prescription has arrived with no Estrogen and the clinic confirmed that this is correct. I am on the short (antagonist) protocol, fresh transfer would be the dream but

Anastrozole with BAT question
As I experiment with BAT (to the horror of some), one of my doctors has strongly told me to limit Anastrozole to 0.5 mg once every two months or, at most, 0.5 mg at the time of injection and 0.5 mg one week later, saying “anastrozole only stops the conversion to estradiol. 2-OHE1 and 16a-OHE1 are

Transdermal E2 Gel (tE2) As An Alternative To Lupron
Many of you have been asking if the tE2 gel that I've been using for four and a half years now will help eliminate hot flashes/flushes and the all too common side effects of Lupon injections? I thought that I answered those questions in my many trimonthly blood test results. When everything else failed

Update primary hyper parathyroidism
Spoke to her today and I’m going to try evorol conti patches instead of everol
oestrogen
patch and progesterone pills. It seems it’s the progesterone pill that’s likely to be causing the side effects. So we’ll see how that works out.

3th cycle IVF, low reserve and poor responding
Yesterday I had to go for a bloodtest on day 5 and the nurse explained my
oestrogen
is very slowly rising. She stated it should be doubled by now. Tomorrow I have another blood test and if they see no improvement the cycle could be cancelled.

progesterone and Estrogen
when do you normally stop taking progesterone and estrogen after positive test? I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant and desperate to stop medication as it makes me bloated all day, sick and other side effects

Extreme Reaction to Combination Pill
GP suggested I trial Gedarel 20/50 contraceptive pill as a different form of contraception after two failed merina coils and constant bleeding on all prostegeon only contraceptives (heavy period for 6 months kinda symptoms). The main reason is to control my Endometriosis. In the 8 days I've taken

Fresh embryo transfer advice
What level should the
oestrogen
and progesterone be? Any other bloods recommended? How often should levels be checked? I will be on progesterone suppositories twice a day and maybe enoxaparin injections. Is there any other medication that I should be on e.g.
oestrogen
?

Anyone using Estrogel with success to relieve horrible hot flashes?
On ronrons advice and experience I decided to give estrogen replacement a try. I get horrible hot flashes every hour that leaves me drenched in sweat. I stopped taking lupron 6mo ago hoping that was the biggest culprit. Last blood test still showsT <12. I take 500mg of zytiga and 5mg of prednisone

FET protocol
Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone else has been on this protocol for a FET: Buserelin injections from day 1 of cycle
Oestrogen
tablets 4x a day from day 5 Progesterone pessaries before transfer (think that's standard) I'm not questioning the protocol itself as of course the clinic are experts,
