ED, ADT and Orgasm
I've been on Lupron for prostate cancer and am in my 4th of 6 months. I finished radiation therapy a month ago. I'm able to get a really good erection from 100 mg of Viagra but require direct stimulation. Before ADT, I could get hard just *thinking* about sex. Several guys have told me I'm lucky I

Help deciding on treatment
Discovered this forum a month ago and have found it to be a wealth of information, with very educated/informed members. Hoping that you can spread some of your wisdom and help my finalize my decision with treatment. I've posted more details in my profile as well as write ups from MSKCC on my Biopsy

What treatment next as PSA increasing on Daroludamide & Lupron
My PSA is increasing after a year on Daroludamide and Lupron.
Questions:
1) can the Daroludamide be increased?
2) what is the next treatment after this to reduce PSA?
Sincere thanks.

Appointment with Provenge doctor
Finally found a local doctor to talk with about Provenge. Appointment is early Monday morning. For anyone familiar with Provenge, can you suggest questions for me to ask? My PSA has been rising after six years on Lupron only. 1.92 in June, all-time lows .5 3/2021.

Father, 86, Stage 4A prostate cancer has been treated under STAMPEDE Protocol since November 2022 including prostate + whole pelvic radiation completed March 2023 (history in bio). Had appointment with MO today - initial plan was for this to be last shot of Lupron while Zytiga would be continued for

ADT prior to RT
It has been recommended that I use ADT prior to RT. I believe they are intending to use Lupron but I hear there are alternatives with fewer side effects. Any suggestions and studies to support?

Introduction and asking for help interpreting latest scan results and thoughts on future treatment plan please.
Long time reader but first time posting.. I have just received my latest PSMA PET-CT scan results and would like some help interpreting the results and gain your thoughts about situation and treatment plan. My overall history: After slowly rising PSA scores to a relatively low peak of 6.1 at 59 years

Lupron plus other medicines and numerous radiation treatments I've taken for other medical conditions made me get dry mouth. xerostomia can adversely affect oral intake leading to poor nutrition, gingivitis and periodontitis, dental caries, halitosis, fungal infections (candidiasis), and accelerating

Sweating on Abi, Prednisone and Lupron
Perhaps it is related to the night sweats and my body's inability to control it's temperature while I am on these drugs. Between working out more and these hot summer days I find that I sweat FAR more than I used to. I figure it's another drug side effect but wanted to ask if anyone has the same experience

Pluvicto and PSA
Hi Gents, Prior to starting Pluvicto my PSA was 29.29, after round 1, 23.67, after round 2, 14.47, after round 3, 17.70. I then had a PSMA-PET scan. It showed all bone metastases except one were either receding or gone. After round 4, my PSA is now 21.51. I don’t get it. If almost all my metastases

Looking for Hope
My dad had his second Pluvicto treatment yesterday. His PSA is still rising. The doctor at University of Chicago is not happy with his bloodwork. He may try something else. Before Pluvicto he had Docetaxel and his PSA rose right after he stopped chemo. He also had target radiation that did nothing either

My husband was diagnosed in Feb. 2018 with oligo metastatic - 2 spots on spine and local lymph node involvement. Had radiation to the lymph nodes and was on Lupron and Casodex for 5 years. Went off treatment a year and three months ago. Cancer returned to one lung only - no Mets to bone or lymph

It is with sadness that I report that My "vacation" may come to an abrupt end . After cruising along with an Undetectable PSA for a little over 2+ years, my recent test results indicate a PSA of 0.03 and my Testosterone jumped from <7 to 13. The good news is my T is coming back but it looks like
