Can Antibody / ds DNA/ ENA/ Lupus anticoagulant tests change from negative to positive over time?
I have also had decreased kidney function over the last 12 months which had recovered ( they thought it was
NSAIDs
induced so had to stop them) but it has recently decreased again with the rheumatologist telling me I had ++ menstrual blood in my urine on testing ( I told him that wasn't possible because

Inflammation and its impact
On return from holiday to USA I started with various pains eventually settling on my sternum - many visits to GP misdiagnosis along the way but then told it was costochondritis (inflamation of cartilage between ribs and sternum) it has taken months to clear but told this was down to being unable to

NSAID use & Cancer Mortality in Finland
"The different results for aspirin and non-aspirin

Ibuprofen – just because it’s freely available, doesn’t make it safe
It has fewer gastric side effects and in most cases is just as effective as
NSAIDs
.

Warfarin and pain medicmedications
I suffered terrible back pain for many years but successfully kept it under control using
NSAIDS
, namely meloxicam intermittently plus Omneprazole daily to protect against ulcers.

Hi there, I'm new here and confused 🙄
NSAIDs
induced, some days can be slightly easier to get through ( which gives me hope) but not many. It's going to be ages before I get my follow up appointment to discuss this so any help/advice would be really appreciated. Thanks Diane 😐X

Men who take
NSAIDS
chronically have a different health profile to those who don't. Even those who take low-dose aspirin typically do so because they are at increased risk for CVD. A.

introduction
Apart from the initial 6 months I have controlled the disease with a small amount of
NSAIDs
per year. This last year has been very different - a complete explosion with any amount of
NSAIDs
having little effect.

How accurate is a hiv 4 generation antibody and antigen test at 9 weeks? This is for hiv 1 and 2?

NSAIDS
and paracetamol are useless, but tramadol seems to work at the expense of knocking her out. Something just as effective but not putting to sleep would be appreciated.

HIV education
I work in a clinic and we have a few HIV+ patients. The medical assistants have had a few issues with needle sticks in the last few years. My boss who knows I am poz has asked if I could do an in-service on HIV education. She said a man with HIV would be the best source of education. Any suggestions

Unemployed
FYI, try to continue to work, I was taken off work 16 years ago. With how I look and my physical condition I am unable to find work. Living on disability really sucks with the cost of everything going up but not my disability payments. I never wanted to stop working but I volunteered for an hiv clinical

To Toc or not to Toc? That is the question
Previous to this since my RA diagnosis starting May 09 I had been on Methotrexate, HCL,
NSAIDS
and occasional corticosteroid treatments by tablets or injections, For 16 months my CRP and ESR went down to 1 & 2 and it seemed as if Toc had worked a miracle. Now I'm not so sure.

Feels like my life is on hold
I've now got a stomach ulcer caused by my painkillers, specifically the
NSAIDS
, I'm in unbearable pain that I just can't seem to do anything for? Taking my normal painkillers just seems to make it worse!! Has anybody else suffered with this?

The risks of Protein Pump Inhibitors...
I've been Googling PPIs because yesterday I was prescribed them along with my
NSAIDs
for the first time. My usual GP is reluctant to prescribe them, despite them being commonly recommended, so I thought I'd try to find out more.

Confused and frustrated!
I developed acute onset pain and swelling in multiple symmetrical joints last May, and was referred urgently to rheumatology by my GP because my ESR was still high dispite two weeks of high dose oral steroids for an asthma flare. Initially the rheumatologist was helpful, and thought I was probably developing
