Norovirus

I’m now at bottom of the list again.I thought you had to stay away from hospital with norovirus to protect others.I can’t win. Anyone else got norovirus. It’s been debilitating.

I'm currently 10dp5dt and unfortunately have come down with what I think is norovirus. Has anyone had any experience? Do I need to contact the clinic, it's 2 days till test day so assuming not much can be done at this stage .

I gave myself norovirus for my birthday today and the experiment worked,into AF hours later,just like the episode which diagnosed me in 2013. So yes definitely a link,cant recall who posted on it being a possible link. Oh and the water is off for few hours. Great !

the news is filled with information about norovirus and I desperately don’t want it. I feel like I’m doomed to get it since I’ve never had it (I’m 26, last time I had a stomach bug I was a kid). I’m even more fearful now after going to work today.

In recent weeks I’ve moved into temporary accommodation which has been stressful, in the first weeks I had Norovirus, followed shortly after by COVID which floored me. I now have pain across the top of my back, buttocks and tops of legs also heartburn.

In the middle of the night, like a dose of Norovirus. In fact it probably WAS a dose of Norovirus 😶 I'm just about emerging from it, I ate a little bit yesterday with no ill effects, and I had porridge for breakfast today and I am starting to feel hungry again.

In the last 5 weeks I’ve had the Norovirus, a kidney infection and now a stinking head cold (caught from my son) alongside a nauseous type bug (from my mother in law). Been off my mtx for a month trying to fight the above, then have been advised to stay off if ok to have jabs on 9/11.

The Care Home where I work part time has an outbreak of Norovirus with a lot of the residents and staff being infected, am I more at risk because of my PMR and steroid dependency?

Happy Saturday to all. I am feeling totally yuk at the moment having caught a sick bug on top of ET. On meds and aspirin but as I am unable to keep down anything will stop for 24 hours. Anyone any tips other than rest and water? TIA

However I’m nervous about getting norovirus on the ship and rough waters. We are cruising from NYC to Bermuda. I also went on a trip to Nashville last year for three days with friends and I struggle so much with my anxiety. It was awful.

1 year today since cryo Ablation.I have survived COVID,Wisdom tooth extraction.7 day Norovirus which definitely gave me a couple of days of Arrythmia readings (not AFib).Still some excercise intolerance & fitness slipped but everyday a bonus.

I had CRTD device fitted early September - I have had no problems with the device, but I picked up norovirus in the hospital and have been poorly for a few weeks.

Friends visited us yesterday however they had had grandchildren and son and daughter in law staying with them. Son had been up the night before they visited us with sickness and diarrohea and his little son had also been sick. They were ok however and came to us for lunch, however we were very careful

I’m scared about norovirus and motion sickness

I was starting to feel better today until I saw on the news this morning that Norovirus is high in my area of the US. I am a teacher and around kids. I hand sanitize like crazy. I came into school and heard two teachers were out with the stomach bug and started spiraling.

I am unable to visit and talk to the doctors myself at the moment as the hospital is closed to visitors due to the Norovirus. Thanks

hello I just wondered whether any of you had a stomach bug before your egg collection and what the outcome was? I’ve started vomiting and I’m supposed to be starting stims around Christmas Day… thanks

Before Xmas I had a bad cold so stopped taking the methotrexate, then had norovirus so I couldn’t take it for another week. I decided to experiment and not take it, to see how I felt. I feel amazing, fatigue has stopped completely, I feel human again!
