Lost and frustrated
Hi All, would appreciate some guidance! I’m presently transitioning from Levo 0.112 + Cytomel 5mcg, to NDT. My endo seem to be confused/ uneducated in regards to how to proceed, so I have been tweaking my dose as necessary. He was reluctant to make the change, stating that it’s difficult to adjust doses

Dosing with cytomel only
After years of trials with levo and ndt for hypothyrodism, I switched to cytomel (lio) only. Current dosage is 62.5 mcg, and I am now controlling my BP with 1/2 my former BP meds (Indapamide 2.5 and Telmisartan 80). All drugs are taken at 6AM. The hope is that patience and titration of the lio will allow

T3 Cytomel stuck at customs
Hi, I have been ordering T3 Cytomel from Mexico from a pharmacy I have come to trust for a while now and I've never had a problem with delivery, apart from it taking month. I live in France and my parcel has been stopped at customs in Paris. Chronopost say they can't deliver it because it's a medicine

Is it safe to take different types of b12 injections
I'm in the UK and I get my b12
Neo

Cytamen
or Hydroxocobalamin from my GP. I got my last b12 online but I cant find this b12 for injections. Is it ok to take another form of b12 for injections at the same time? Does anyone have the link to buy B12 for injections?

Thyroid issues
received a TSH of .01 and my T4free at 2.0 but I’ve been super tired and full on leg cramps- so now my Dr. is saying to lower my Levothyroxine from 125mcg to 100mcg and keep my cytomel at 10mcg. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Best time to have thyroid blood work
Fasting, before lunch or after lunch? I will skip dose morning of my lab work and take meds after the test. Take half my dose of cytomel t3 night before.

Different makes of t3
I’m being a nuisance this morning I know but I am wondering what T3 people prefer? I know Tiromel is said to be weaker but some like it. What about cytomel? Seems expensive. Or sigmapharm? Claims to be gluten free Hope I’ve spelt these correctly? Or are people generally ok with a generic form? Any

Trouble with Medication Tirosint
I’ve had a thyroidectomy since 2014 started on 50mg. Then eventually had to adjust dose up to Tirosint 125mg over 7 years. My Endocrinlogist is scratching her head for 4 years I was balanced. My freeT3 and freeT4 were both in normal. During covid I could not do “In Person” visits so my labs didn’t get

Cytomel with Synthroid
The multiple Endocrinologists and Physicians Assistants be grudgingly allow me to take 5 mil of cytomel. I want to take 25 mil. The most recent has told me it doesn’t last long in the body and wants me to take only Synthroid. As well, the practitioner told me I could take Synthroid 2 hours after sleeping

Is having a vrij T3 maximum in range ok?
What percentage in range should Free T3 ideally be? I had heard from somewhere on this forum I think that it should be the highest that you can tolerate. Is this true? I ask because I am taking Cytomel and I am fine-tuning my dosage. And the last time I checked I was 90% in range, but I upped my dosage
