Is having a vrij T3 maximum in range ok?

What percentage in range should Free T3 ideally be? I had heard from somewhere on this forum I think that it should be the highest that you can tolerate. Is this true? I ask because I am taking Cytomel and I am fine-tuning my dosage. And the last time I checked I was 90% in range, but I upped my dosage for another 5 micro grams because my weight is still not stabilized in hopes this will help. I don’t have any negative side effects that are noticeable. Is this ok? I will be taking a blood test soon but I suspect it will be close to the maximum or 100 percent range. Thoughts anyone?

Many thanks!

Mindy

Ideally, it should be where you need it to feel well. Optimal is a feeling, not a number, and we're all different. Ranges are just rough guides, not set in stone. If you feel your best on that dose, then that is the dose for you. :)
