New results and I need help
Hi everyone. As i posted the other day to width me luck, I had my most recent dr appt with the newest Endo. I am looking for a new dr already. If i could just write my own lab orders and my own scripts I would never go to drs. So I went in and after waiting over an hr she told me i was good and needed

Cytomel costs in the UK.
Having suffered some real problems with the NHS T3 I have finally got my Gp to approve a move over to Cytomel. However getting it here in the UK has been a major problem. One pharmacist said "its not got a unit price on the agreed index so I can't get it for you", but the truth is some what different

Hey! I'm new to this site. Have taken Synthroid for many years. Never felt 100% but just delt with it. Saw a new dr in my drs office ...she put me on Cytomel...wow I felt a difference. I went for my check up and she is no longer there! (She moved back to her home state). My old school dr said he never

HELP! BAD LAB RESULTS WITH NDT
I switched to 1/2 grain Armour Thyroid on August 9 and then on September 14 switched to 1/2 Nature-throid (because I read It is better). Today September 30 I got my lab results and they are extremely bad, no wonder I have been feeling so weak and exhausted lately. Nothing can make me get out of bed.

Help with Lab results please💕
Hi; here are my most recent lab results. I waited 24 hrs from my last meds and had blood draw at 930 am.. I am currently on 120 mg of NDT and 7.5 mcg Cytomel.. We can't seem to raise my T4 - and my TSH suggests hyper ( I don't feel hyper) I actually have more energy with the cytomel no afternoon crashes

Poll: Dosage Amount
Hello all, I've been doing labs once per month to get dialed in with dosage. My doctor here still has me on Cytomel 5mcg/2x. But I've had to dose higher in my own to *start to feel normal. I currently take apart a 75 mcg capsule and seperate into quarters I take "18" mcg with 60 mcg of Thyroid-S twice

Weakness, meds or the disease?

Cytomel (T3) only or along with NDT (T3&T4)?
How do i know if I'm to do Cytomel alone, or combine it with my Synthroid-S, which is a NDT comparable to Armor. Here are my labs: TSH 2.37 (.40-4.5 mIU/L) RT3 21 (8-25 ng/dL) T3, Free 2.7 (2.3-4.2 pg/ml) T3, Uptake 28 (22-35%) T4, Free 1.0 (.8-1.8 ng/dL

Labs opinion
A brief history first: I'm 58 and have been on Synthroid for 30 years with no problems. My FT4 has always been mid range, but FT3 was on the bottom of normal when my last doctor started checking it in 2012. He was an open minded general practitioner, but never addressed the FT3 and now has retired.

Can anyone share their experiences of Cytomel or Perrigo Liothyronine? And getting either on Named Patient Basis?
Hello folks, Earlier this year (April) I started self medicating with Uni-Pharma Liothyronine, taking 12.5mcg daily, along with 125mcg of prescribed Levothyroxine. I found an improvement in my symptoms and managed to convince my Endocrinologist to prescribe me T3. He put me on 20mcg of Mercury
