Hi again, This forum has been the most helpful support. Could you support me in understanding next steps following the below test results? In particular, my iron panel results seem to be very low, and I am not sure how to correct that. How should I start to supplement? I was diagnosed with hashimotos

hello. My husband has been diagnosed with SLE. He has discomfort when he flys in his heart. His cardiologist has said there is nothing wrong with his heart although he has pericarditis…. Which you can fly with… so we think it is a lupus symptom. Does anyone have any similar experiences or tips? Flying

Results query
Hi, In May 2021 I had the intrinsic factor blood test and my results were as follows. 89 u/ml. With a normal range of 0-24 u/ml. And the following notes. The presence of anti intrinsic factor antibodies together with a low vitamin B12 level is diagnostic of pernicious anaemia Does this make sense to

Rash photo.
Newbie here. Not diagnosed with lupus nor Sjogren's, though I do have symptoms of both. I've had this weird rash on the back of my neck, into my hairline for a while now. Any ideas if it could be lupus/Sjogren's related? Many thanks in advance for any replies.

Autoimmune neurological B12 deficiency
I came across this fascinating study on an autoimmune condition that results in B12 deficiency selectively in the central nervous system. Cerebrospinal fluid B12 is essentially non-existent but serum levels are normal, making this very hard to detect! https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.08.21.23294253v1
