5 month Cough
I also have a slightly stuffy nose all the time which made me think it was a post nasal drip but after trying
nasonex
and saline solutions nothing really helped. I was wondering if anyone had some insight on what I should do, or if anyones also had this problem.

Xtandi - Please help
Hi everyone, My father's PSA keeps rising. It is now 460. It was 300 three weeks ago. He had Casodex, Lucrin, Zytiga, prostatetomy, radiation therapy, orchietomy, chemo (Taxotere, Taxotere+carboplatin, Jevtana). All failed. We saw a doctor (in the US) who prescribed Xtandi. My father does not live in

Starting Treatment for Metastatic Prostate Cancer
My prostate cancer diagnosed Gleason 3 + 3 in 2011 and treated with brachytherapy in 2011 is now a metastatic disease with many lymph nodes involved. Today I took the first Casodex pill in preparation for the first Lupron shot in two weeks time. Previously, I was treated with ADT and cyberknife in 2016

Enzalutamide Resistant already?
After my husband's PSA did not respond to zytiga, after rising post docetaxel while on Lupron and Casodex, he was switched to Enzalutamide. His PSA went from 6 to 1.0 ( August to September 12) in a month, now a month later( September 12-October 28) it's already back up to 1.6. Is he really already resistant

Received some good news
Previously I had stated my high PSA was 1,044. I was wrong, I found out yesterday the high was over 1,200 in May. It dropped on Casodex and peaked again when I quit Casodex. After 30 days on Zytiga it had dropped to 29. Now after 60 days of taking Zytiga I was to lt it is at 5.89. Significant drop

Hi. Anyone had experience of this nasal spray? I'm finding it hard to breath through my nose when I use it. Anyone had a similar experience. Can anyone recommend another nose spray?

Has anyone changed from Seretide 250 to Fostair 100/6?
I’m also taking
nasonex
twice a day, so have been on a lot of inhaled steroids for years. Any thoughts / advice would be appreciated.

Still taking Avonex and what helps
I’m still taking the Avonex since 2010. just went to the doc and had an mri it did not show any progression the last two I just turned 50 and my doc for the first time talked about stopping at some point. I changed from the manual injection to the pen and it is much easier and so fast! Don’t have to

As I read the posts here I am often overwhelmed by the acronyms, abbreviations, and drug names. I rarely know what they refer to. So I'm offering to compile a list of them not only for my own edification and understanding, but for others who might come here and be as confused as I am. So...here are

Switch from Firmagon to Zoladex
Met with my Urologist yesterday. I've been on Firmagon for 3 months, PSA dropped from 38 to 0.44 ug/L and Testosterone down to 0.6 nmol/L. He would like my testosterone to be lower so is switching me to Casodex and Zoladex. For background, I'm Gleason 4+4 and cancer in lymph nodes but not distant

Stopping Zytiga after 6months
After our last checkup with our med onco last Friday, he mentioned that my husband can stop taking Zytiga if his PSA drops to below zero after 6months treatment and just continue with Eligard and Xgeva. Brief info, my husband was diagnosed with advanced pca late June 2018 (PSA 33) with mets to bones

First official meeting with oncologist!
Hello All, Today I take my father to his oncologist to discuss treatment options. He is already on Casodex and Lupron from his urologist and the oncologist mentioned chemo treatments but have yet to solidify official treatment plan. I have created a few beginner questions to go over with oncologist
