My father's PSA keeps rising. It is now 460. It was 300 three weeks ago. He had Casodex, Lucrin, Zytiga, prostatetomy, radiation therapy, orchietomy, chemo (Taxotere, Taxotere+carboplatin, Jevtana). All failed.
We saw a doctor (in the US) who prescribed Xtandi. My father does not live in the US so he doesn't have health insurance here and it costs a lot if I buy Xtandi here.
I really need your help.
Can you please tell me where I can buy Xtandi at a lower price for my father? Can I buy it from Canada with a US prescription?
Thank you very much.

If all failed, I doubt that Xtandi will help a lot. Anyhow, I know a patient who takes only half the recommended dosis of Xtandi and says it works for him.
Otherwise, have you looked into a PSMA Lu-177 treatment? This is often done if nothing helps any more.
Thanks, GP24. We are trying to get the Lu177 treatment. My father hasn't had Xtandi, so we really want to try it. If you know how to get Xtandi at a lower price, please let me know. Thanks again.
