Anyone with Cirrhosis from NASH?
I was diagnosed 10 years ago with
NASH
. No one told me how serious it was. Just told to lose weight. Had very mildly elevated AST and ALT occasionally over the years. Dr always said it was from medication (statin). Had diarrhea occasionally. Nothing found on colonoscopy so told it was IBS.

Numbers Through The Roof!
I thought the progression of a liver was NAFLD to
NASH
, then
NASH
to Cirrhosis. No? How can a person be only Borderline or Probably
NASH
, but have Severe Steatosis, and F4 Cirrhosis? Do you know anyone who has brought their liver back from numbers this high?

Worried about NASH / anxiety
Hi everyone, Little bit about me - 34 yo, celiac disease, SIBO, 26 BMI (athletic build, work out 4x a week), had an abnormal LFT back in 2021 (95 ALT), so my primary care doc sent me to get an ultrasound. This showed "moderate fatty liver" based on echogenicity. I was referred to hepatologist, they

I had a medical crisis, I didn't die, I wonder why
Like so many, the first time I ever heard of
NASH
was when the hepatologist said "You have
NASH
cirrhosis and I'm sorry, we have no treatment". This was after years of trying to get a diagnosis for unsettling things that I was experiencing. This was in 2015.

Krebs Cycle
Has anyone’s heard of the Krebs Cycle, also known as the Citric Acid Cycle? It’s a series of biochemical reactions that happen in the mitochondria and is critical for the formation of energy. Krebs has a book called “The Principles and Applications of Ozone Therapy”. The cycle converts NADH to NAD

Finally some progress
The first one said
Nash
, with Stage 2/3 Fibrosis. So she had some bridging fibrosis, but retained liver architecture, and no portal damage. In the US the
NASH
CRN system uses a 0-4 staging system. With 4 being Cirrhosis. And the Second one
NASH
F1 minor fibrosis no bridging.

Does anyone know
And drives me nuts since the Biopsies showed
NASH
F1. She did have a compression of her IVC and Portal. Which cleared on its own in the same month.

Any help
I was diagnosed with
NASH
years ago. I was never given any advice on what helps. I've gained so much weight, unsure if that has anything to do with
NASH
. I also have osteoarthritis and psoriatic arthritis. Some days I have alot of energy and other days, just so tired.

NASH - 1a zone 3 perisinusoid/pericellular fibrosis diagnosis
Just found out my results today from liver biopsy I had done in May. I think its what my Hepatologist was expecting so I am not too worried. The only thing I can do is lose weight..... I have been trying for years and been back and forth to GP about this issue, luckily my Hepatologist has referred

Can some one help me understand this test?
so I went in to check for fatty liver due to weight issues I'm guessing. the doctor was very vague, mentioned
Nash
, and said I have severe fibrosis and that I can try to get into some trial treatment but no guarantees. didn't really say much after that other than see you in three months. which left me

Fatigue & NASH
Reading up on it, I think I have
NASH
due to having scarring on my liver but I do not know what stage. I have been told to go on a mediterranean diet which I have started. I have started a walking routine as well. My question is, how do you battle fatigue?

Who is taking NADH?
My husband has Parkinson's and he plans on trying it, but we don't know what brand to take. It is confusing. I believe that Dr. David Brikmayer patented the one that was used in the trial testing and warns that the others are not the same. They are all expensive so I want to be sure we pick the one

Are you in Houston, texas?
If you have been diagnosed, you can apply to volunteer for a clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of a drug as a potential treatment for adults with
NASH
and liver fibrosis.

NASH
, F1, F2, F3, F4 Cirrhosis. Thank you

Confused
I had a liver biopsy, my score is F3 S2 (
NASH
) I was told I don’t have cirrhosis yet. However, I have been getting spider veins on my legs and feel pain on my veins on the back of my legs up to my thighs. They are not bulging and the pain lasts for a couple of days and then it’s gone.
