As someone who was recently diagnosed with
NASH
, I (as most of you) changed my lifestyle drastically: I am eating right, exercising a lot, no alcohol and so on. W.r.t. to diet, one of the things I am eating almost every day is Salmon.

Early Nodularity
Hi I was wondering if anyone has had a result of
NASH
cirrhosis with early nodularity. I was just getting my head round the diagnosis when I decided to check what early nodularity meant and now I’m scared it means something really bad .

Need your opinions about my latest Dr. appointment.
I had previously been told that I have
Nash
, stage 2 fibrosis. My mother and her sister both died in their forties of liver cancer and they did not have a history of drinking, other than occasionally, socially.

Severe fatty liver at 28?
Sounds like
NASH
to me then... As far as I know
NASH
means fatty liver with ongoing inflammation, but correct me if I'm wrong there. Have another blood test next week to see if any change in enzymes. I suppose with referral, I'll find out fibrosis and such, then know the full extent of things.

I'm a newby here and so confused
NASH
FibroSure: No Fibrosis Steatosis Score .78 High S3-Marked or Severe Steatosis
NASH
Score: N1-Borderline or probable
NASH
ALT: 61 AST: 43 Glucose: 111 This is so confusing. The
NASH
FibroSure test says no fibrosis, borderline
NASH
and the Elastography says I'm in cirrhotic stage of fibrosis.

NASH DIAGNOSIS
I’ve been diagnosed with
NASH
....my liver enzymes are currently AST 134- ALT 227. My fibrosis stage is F1-F2, which is still minimal, but necroinflammatory activity is 0.73 (A3) which indicates severe activity. Can this be reversed with proper diet and exercise?

Just Diagnosed with NASH f2 fibrosis. Does anyone here have biopsy confirmed reversal of Nash? What did you do to reverse your nash?
I just had a biopsy done which showed
NASH
, Chronic hepatitis like damage, F2 fibrosis (stage 2 of 4 fibrosis/ moderate damage). Has anyone here cured their
NASH
and verified with repeat biopsy? How long did it take to reverse? What did you eat? Thanks, -K

Re weight loss
I have read that losing 10% of body weight greatly improves
NASH
. My question is, how long does it take to see these results? Since being diagnosed with
NASH
3 years ago, I have lost 16% of my body weight through diet and exercise.
