Hi everybody,

hope you are all doing great.

As someone who was recently diagnosed with NASH, I (as most of you) changed my lifestyle drastically: I am eating right, exercising a lot, no alcohol and so on.

W.r.t. to diet, one of the things I am eating almost every day is Salmon.

I bake it in the oven so that it forms a small crust on the outside while staying moist and tender in the inside. It tastes great and I could eat it forever.

However, I have been reading lately about mercury poisoning and I wonder whether eating Salmon everyday is a healthy habit.

I d love to hear your thoughts about the subject.
