Hello, wonder if I could get some advice please. Does cellulitis come under lymphoedema? I am confused as I can't seem to find any community that covers cellulitis. I have asked for advice about my cellulitis on the my skin community and, I have received a reply. The advice also stated that I should

Imbruvica issue?
I have been taking Imbruvica for 7 months. I do not have a rash but I get sores that start off looking like fire ant bites. Anyone else have this? I am still trying to figure out if this is due to Imbruvica or something else. I just stopped taking the Imbruvica to see if the sores go away. Thanks in

Chicken pox and RA
Hi guys my wee grand daughter has chicken pox they came out yesterday and I was with her all last week so after consultation with rheumatology I was in for yet more bloods and given antivirals 5 times a day - hope that's stopped any advancing pox! Guess that's my week sorted...on the plus side I'm not

Hi guys, my 6 wk old daughter has come up in chickenpox. Her 5 yr old brother had it 2 weeks prior and so it was unavoidable. Although she seems well in herself, the pox seem quite bad, her whole body is covered in them. It seems she has got them worse than her brother. Does anyone know how her immunity

Huge Boil And then Meds Dispensed. Rant!
I have a rapidly expanding boil on my neck. I visited a friend in hospital yesterday and hope I haven't picked up a nasty, or passed it on. I did the scrupulous handwasking on the way in and out, and she has no open wounds but insisted kindly I tucked my freezing hands under her dressing gown. Then

I am very interested to hear from people (or heard of someone) who have made a full recovery from Viral meningitis, or even Varicella zoster virus?

Running whilst on Antibiotics
Hi I've just come out of hospital for cellulitis (IV antibiotics for 5 days) and am now on oral antibiotics. Is it safe for me to go for a short, slow run?

Numbness on 'stache area?
My God have I had a week. It all started when I met up with a friend who happened to have a cold sore below his lips. Measles Killer: More Common than Believed
[i]A rare and universally fatal complication of measles is more common than clinicians had thought, a researcher said here. The disease is subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE) and in the pre-vaccine era investigators thought it occurred about one in 100,000 measles cases, according to James Cherry

Lyme disease positive
Have just tested positive for Lyme disease. As well as hashi's, hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue, low cortisol and progesterone. Lyme is new today, others were last month. Pain is horrid. Any words of wisdom for me?
