Face, bottom lip

My bottom lip has had a sore on it just on the top for 3 days and today its leaking and my bottom lip is swollen could this be what i think it is ?

Worthy of inspection by your doc! Could be a simple cold sore, but potential to be cellulitis.

I won't be able to get in to see doc today, will pharmacist no or not

A pharmacist may recognise it, but will probably advise seeing a GP if he/she suspects infection. Have you tried to get an appointment with the doc? Did the receptionist say there are no appointments? You could say that you may have cellulitis and have been advised to seek urgent medical attention.

Its just like a hole in lip and full bottom lip is swollen

It's not cold sore, I've never had one before and it's right on the top where lip meet together

does your doctors have a telephone service I can ask for the doctor to phone and tell him or her what the problem is if they think you need to be seen then they will give you an appointment for the day xx
