Vegetarians and vegans especially tend to have B-12 deficiencies. I've been a vegetarian for a long time, although I have now started eating fish, so I take B12 everyday.

Please can you tell me if you feel any better for eating fish? My partner, who's the one with Parkinson's, has been a strict vegetarian for 45 years and it seems clear that nutrition is involved since he has improved after taking supplements including B12 and folate.

Thanks

No, I can't say that I notice any difference.
