I recently bought Rainbow Light 50+ Mini Tablet Multivitamin; I know it's a case-by-case for multivitamins based on physiology, age, health, etc. I would like to hear some multivitamin recommendations to help thyroid health because I am dealing with a sluggish thyroid on medicine.

I am 11 weeks pregnant, but can't swallow my saliva. I don't eat well either, I can't take my pregnacare as I will feel nausea. I drink only very chilled water when I can. Hello I was just wondering whether what is the best supplements to have with thyroid. Below is what I take now ABC+ Multivitamin from holland and barret Vitamin B complex with B12 holland and barret Magnesium 250mg at night. I heard selenium might help thyroid out too. Is this correct?

Hey all, I have had blood work done a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine except folate levels. I have since been put on 5mgs of folic acid and am two weeks into the treatment, however I find that I feel worse (tiredness mainly) than better. I also supplement B12, Vit D and a multivitamin.

I am dairy and meat free so take calcium and multivitamins along with garlic and CoQ10, I was taking turmeric but stopped. Meds I am on are the aspirin, Propanolol, occasional omeprazole, and Atorvastatin for high cholesterol.
