Has anyone heard of or taken a multivitamin by Truehope, called Empower Plus ?

I self inject B12 but for other deficiencies I was looking at multivitamins and found this.

Here’s a bit I copied and pasted;

“The process by which EMPowerplus Advance is formulated is extremely unique and takes up to 12 TIMES AS LONG as that of regular multivitamins, causing to be much more absorbable and effective “.......???

Health Canada is updating Canadians about adverse reaction reports it has received concerning the use of EMPowerplus, a vitamin mineral supplement, for serious medical conditions.

Health Canada has received nine case reports of serious adverse reactions associated with the use of EMPowerplus. Most of the adverse reactions relate to worsening of psychiatric symptoms in those patients with serious underlying mental health problems, such as bipolar disorder and depression. The worsening of these symptoms could be related to taking the product and discontinuing prescription medications or taking the product in conjunction with prescribed medications. As a result, Health Canada is advising consumers with these serious conditions that there is a potential risk to health associated with the use of the product EMPowerplus.

Health Canada is concerned about the health risk posed by this product's promotion, including unauthorized health claims, and medical advice being provided by non-medically qualified staff of Truehope Nutritional Support Ltd. to patients with serious medical conditions to discontinue their prescribed medications. This may result in serious adverse health consequences.

I'm sceptical about the claims. Any company that target a particular group,a vunerable group due to illness.

We all clutch at straws at times trying to get well.

I firmly believe nutrition plays a big part in out health

Its finding whars out of balance and what cant be got from food in the right amounts or csnt be absorbed .

I think wiser paying for a full nutritional blood test si you know what you as an individual are deplete in.

I'd be more interested in a slow release vitamin b12 injection that might smooth out the rollercoaster and perhais add a few other vits ??

Dieticians and nutritionists could help too.

I'm surprised how basic their knowledge is at times.

Not sure why doctors so lacking in knowledge if nutrition as well.

Trends and beliefs change too.

My mum tried for years different things for IBS.

However once dmbeing told high fibre was wrong. White bread suited mich better and si if goes on.

What was missed was the very reason for symptoms

The point I'm making is so very individual at times.

Dies anyone study nutrition to PHD level?

They would get funding from vitamin companies perhaps ?

What would their title be?

I wish we were all able to gave a reference at what levels our body worked well on .

Our earth is definitely changing.

We know that from animaks needing b12 in the food chain.

Our food is now full of chemicals and nothing much natural so we’re poisoning our bodies daily instead of nourishing them and even our water is harmful so how you going to get good health.

Chelation. Mineral supplements have been chelated for decades. And how can chelation be 'rigorous'?

It's interesting that you cannot seem to buy them in the UK. I wonder why?

You only have to get as far as "extremely unique".
