Multivitamin Injection
Afternoon, I am looking for a multivitamin liquid for injection, is there anywhere that sells this? Pretty sure I am not absorbing vitamins properly, currently inject B12. Thanks.

Results interpretation please!
I had a TFT panel done privately as my GP practice won’t do them until my next prescription is due. I am on Levothyroxine 75mcg and have been on this dose since last October. My antibodies were apparently low when I was originally diagnosed last year, so I’m assuming I have hypothyroidism, not Hashimotos

Private testing - how to decide which tests? Resume supplements?
I'm so happy to have found this forum! Looking for some advice please on private testing. I suspect my thyroid function and possibly adrenal health has been poor for quite a long time, probably declining since late teens (I'm now perimenopausal, at 47 years old). My worst symptoms include brain fog

Personalised Vitamin Plans (radio)
And we know that there is a strong (and evidenced) view that
multivitamins
are not ideal. Issues like combinations which affect each other. Inadequate doses of some vitamins for those who are actually deficient. Iodine in what might be an excess for many.

Supplements
Hi, Just wondering what supplements everyone is taking during pregnancy? I’ve been taking the Pregnacare ‘trying for a baby’ which is for conception but I’m wondering if I need to swap it to an actual pregnancy one?

High B6
I was told to stop taking
multivitamins
(which I had been doing for years) and limit any food containing B6. OMG !! There is B6 in almost every healthy food that I normally eat.

How to monitor injection results
I began taking expired

in November 2021. I am assuming that a folate blood test result will reflect the folate from multivitamin tablets.

Just another update
I had my telephone consultation today and it was a haematologist pharmacist. She said all mutations are ok (which I knew of) but there is something called triple negative et. I said I had heard of it. She said the only way to know for sure was a BMB but regardless of bmb or not they would still only

Feeling so tired and absolutely drained
Good afternoon, l wonder whether anyone would be kind enough please to see if they can help me? I have been feeling very tired and drained for several months and I am not sure if it might also have been aggravated by Covid, which I had in March this year. I have had a series of private blood tests,

Latest #s - Is my B12 sublingual 1000mcg daily working?
Hello, My Friends (who are most likely asleep as I write this from Ohio). On June 14th I had updated blood tests done that I specifically requested based on suggestions made on this forum so we could see if maybe my B12 treatment is getting into my cells. My B12 blood serum is close to 1000, but we

Need advice on thyroid issues
Hello everyone, need some help on my thyroid condition. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis in 2019, because of thyroid antibodies being high and with hypothyroidism based on my TSH and T3 and T4 levels. I’ve been taking medication since then, things have been up and down since then. However

Heart friendly multivitamins
Hi all, so I’d normally take a daily multivitamin. Hadn’t given any thought into whether I should or not since the Angiogram and stent. Transpires as I’m on antiplatelet medication, I shouldn’t be taking Iron or Vitamin K (contraindications). This advice came from a Pharmacist. Instead I’ve bought these

Do you have any supplements you think helped JAK2+ patients?
I’m just curious is there any supplements that is not advised or would help a JAK2+ patient, is Omega 3 and normal
multivitamins
okay? I’m just concern that they are other vitamins that conflicts with our condition.

Supplement, Iodine advice and more
I take various supplements including Cytoplan (which I know is a reputable company) 50+
multivitamins
, which have a high vitamin B content. I think I read somewhere that if you are on Levothyroxine you shouldn't take iodine. These multis have 150ug iodine.
