I got flu viral infection and I have got aches body and tiredness . Are there any way I can build up my strength again as I had 6 weeks now. I been told I have posted viral infection. I am missing my gym, and martial arts. I also take multivitamin very day and vitamins C

Sorry you have an awful viral infection they can make you feel so ill and I understand you are missing all the things you enjoy but rest uo plenty of fluids allow your body to recover and you will soon be back doing the things you like the most x
As someone who has suffered the effects of post viral fatigue for two or three weeks or more on several occasions all I can say is take it easy get plenty of rest and eventually your body will tell you its time to return to normal. So eat healthily, keep hydrated, avoid alcohol and certainly don't smoke. But from a personal point of view if your diet is good you shouldn't need any supplements, since the food will provide all your body needs. Otherwise there's no magic cure to accelerate your recovery it seems.
Update I have been going for walks Up too 1 hour per day and been for check up from doctors and done some blood test. There are time in day I get Fatigue usually at between 7.30pm until 9pm and by 11pm I am full of beans . I been eating fruit 3 times a day and I have drink a lot of water.
