Crippling fatigue and brain fog ruining my life
Male, 23, 5’10, 165 lbs, White Hello, My health has felt like it’s been in the crapper for way too long. When I was 12-13 I was diagnosed with mild GERD (acid reflux). Right around this time I also started developing a bit of general anxiety, but again wasn't debilitating. And then, starting around

Severe fatigue and brain fog destroying my life
Hello friends, I have been dealing with these same issues for far too long! Little long, but here goes: Starting when I was 16, I woke up one day and noticed I was a little tired for some odd reason. I have been tired ever since that day. I am currently a 23 year old otherwise healthy male. Not

Herbal supplements? Xanax? Esketamine?
I'm trying to find a supplement for my daily depression meds that work generally but then I'll hit a huge slump and would love an as needed med for those times. Obviously something to work with my psychiatrist on, but I would love to know what has been effective for you all. I ordered some St. John's

Natural remedies for anxiety and depression
Has anyone ever tried natural remedies for anxiety and depression? I have tried 4 different anti depressants and all seem to make me worse versus better. I also hate the side effects of weight gain, suicidal ideation, etc. I struggle with sleep every night also. Has anyone perhaps tried a vitamin

B-6, Methyl Folate and B-12
I know it's been written before, yet I'm still confused. Vitamin B-6 has to be taken a few hours after Levodopa, RIGHT? Even though he is on Levodopa/Carbidopa, I still hold to that "rule". Methyl Folate, B-9, is it safe or no? Vitamin B-12, I have heard a negative about it. He takes this daily at 1

Sleep Apnea and Mental illness
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea last week. Losing any extra weight won't improve my situation since it is the way my tongue falls back and blocks the airway while I sleep. I was wondering if anyone in this group has seen an improvement with their mental illness ( depression /anxiety

Cpap pillow
Hi there. Just wondering if anybody has purchased a Putnams Advanced C Pap pillow. Looks to be just what I’m looking for and gets good reviews ( if they’re real). It’s very expensive and don’t want to waste my money on yet another unsuitable pillow. Any comments appreciated xx

Question for those with multiple AF ablation experience
I had my ablation on December 3rd, ten years to the day of first being diagnosed with afib and tach. I had stopped taking my flecainide 3 days before the procedure and was in full blown afib when they put me under. They had me back on the flec before I left the hospital. I had been on flec for over

8 week update
Morning I thought I'd do an 8 week post Ablation update. My heart has been behaving beautifully with only occasional short runs of palpations. My groin healed no problem. The only problem was the EP increased my omeprazole to 40mg a day and after about 6 weeks of the higher dose I had severe stomach

Update
Hi all, I’ve not been on as house renovation since October (due to finish next month) & I have more days dozing on the sofa than anything else, to the builders astonishment that I sleep through the noise! I have been forgetting to take my Levo, not injecting my B12 & not eating great so all of that contributes

CPAP problems
Hi guys, desperately need advice, the more the merrier, I have gone from the nasal mask, to the full mask. At the moment nothing is working. I don't need to explain to you how much I am stressing about this, l I'm afraid to go to sleep now, and I'm staying up most of the night until I fall asleep
