Brachyboost and PSA progression free survival question
We just received our appointment summary from the radiation oncologist and there is a comment in it that is confusing me. It’s not how I remember the conversation, so I am wondering if someone can clarify ( Tall_Allen ?). ”We can proceed with EBRT followed by LDR brachytherapy boost and minimum 6 months

Access To Patient Records
Just want to get my facts straight before I complain. I had access to all my records visible on Patient Access and the NHS app last year. At some time this year everything prior to September ‘23 disappeared from these apps. This is not confined to my records - hubbies and other friends have gone too

Surgery to remove FNH
Hi all, I have been here before but it was quite a while ago. (10 months) Over the last two years, I have been in pain on my upper right quadrant, had lots of scans, tests which included an unpleasant ERCP being done as one thought was that the sphincter of oddi could have been the culprit. For a

Need some info on Fibroids
I've been posting here for almost 2 years about my pelvic pain and heavy bleeding while on waiting lists. I had a laparoscopy last month which showed severe and widespread adhesions. I was told by one gynaecologist that there was no endo and the adhesions would have been caused by my c-section in 2009

Problem with NHS policy - again!
Off on holiday soon. At my last injection appointment I told the practice nurse that my next scheduled jab would be 4 days into my holiday and there was no way I could make the day. She said quite clearly that it wouldn't be a problem as I would be OK to have it the day before I fly. So I rang this

Hi everyone, I've finally had my initial appointment with a specialist endotriosis centre come through. Yay!
