Circumcision

Sir, I had undergone a ZSR circumcision surgery. It's been 10 days since surgery. From a day or two, a pus type yellowish liquid is observed in the incision area, just above the silicone ring. Moreover, there is swelling with moderate pain in the lower part of the incision area.I am regularly dressing the area with T bact ointment and also is continuing with LNZ antibiotics. Kindly suggest some useful information.

you appear to be using a lot of antibiotics. I am sure they are doing their job. You are still extremely early in the healing process.
