I'm using 0.16mlof mixtard insulin of 100iu/ml in the morning and 0.10ml in the evening,what are the dosage for mixtard insulin 40iu/ml?

I am now using Human Mixtard 50 40IU Injection which has been freely given by my Bank's Dispensary (monthly they provide us 3 units per month freely as I am a retired Bank Pensioner). They have now given me WOSULIN 50/50 40IU/ml as HUMAN MIXTARD is not available with them.

It's not being controlled by human mixtard insulin.

Currently on 32 units (mixtard 30:70 )insulin and (janumet 50/500) Thanks and regards.

Now taking human mixtard 30/70 two times(insulin) at 16 &12 units . The operation took place on 13.9.19 and I am still lying in the bed .Has any one an answer to this phenomenon and will I be able to to restore the original BG level ?

And since then I have been taking Mixtard 30 twice a day. My sugar was poorly managed for quite some time. HbA1C reports always were over 7.5 and once it was more than 10. For the past 3-4 years I am facing the issues with my feet. My ankle joints started collapsing after a bike accident.

I'm a man with weight of 140 kg Now I'm taking insulin mixtard 70 units in the morning 20 units in the afternoon and 70 units in the night Worried of my number of units is it okay to take that much My hba1c is 7.5 Any suggestions and help thanks

I have a very light breakfast but a heavy dinner and use Mixtard 20 units in the morn and 10 units of actrapid in the night. My post prandial blood sugar levels keep changing every night. Should I change anything? Thks.

Recovered in a week Now on Insulin Human Mixtard 25 &15 units twice & Glimp M 1 tab Today BSL F was 424 without insulin. He is OK now with med also started Homeopathy from 2 months. Following Anup Sir I came on this post. Being a Novice here please advise abt diet & further management.

In 2010, my doctor suggested to take insulin, Human Mixtard, from then to present date, I'm on insulin with a different dose. Recently, my friend suggested to me to have more insulin when I eat sweet or have heavy food. is this suggestion followable?

What is the difference between 30:70 Human Mixtard Insulin - 100 IU/ ml & 40 IU/ml ? If the Doses is 10 Unit in 40 IU/ml, what will be the Doses for 100 IU / ml ?

She is currently on mixtard (50/50 100iu) 40-0-20 & lantus 20units in the morning. She is also on glicazide + metformin combination (80/500) 1-0-1 & voglibose 0.3mg 1-0-1.

Apart from VCO, I am taking 16 units of Mixtard 30 insulin, 2 tabs of Glucored forte in the morning and 8 units in the evening. Yet, my sugar levels are still high at 140 fasting and 260 post lunch. Can anyone help me in bringing down my sugar levels. Am I taking VCO dosage correctly.

Sugar level could not be controlled & doctor suggested for Insuline Mixtard 30/100,15 unit daily and Metformin 1000 ater lunch. During Last three years Insuline dose increased to 25 units twice with metformin 1000 after launch as before.
