Insulin timings
adjust your insulin dosage with food intake in terms of calories by repeat bl sugar testing.
Show the home monitoring reports to the doctor when you go for review next time and follow his advise.
Dinner should be light, not heavy, preceded by insulin injection nd there should be a gap of about 2 hours before going to sleep. You have not said anything about what you eat for lunch. It is good to eat in such a manner that you do not full in the stomach after eating. Good luck.
I would suggest you to reverse your diet. Go for heavier Break fast and a Light dinner. Check your sugar and then decide on the medication.
Thanks all.
Sir please reverse the gear.I mean aheavy breakfast and light dinner. After taking the required units count the BS.Take this reading to your Dr and adjust the dose. But by close monitoring for a week you yourself can know this .Thanks.
You should avoid refind oil, soya product, farm chicken or eggs, take only pure mustard or coconut oil, one chapati+any of the pulse , lunch same and maximum two chapati and dal in dinner. All the time you feel hungry take salad as you can. Test bs every day and adjust dose of insulin. If you follow the instructions you will in capasity to quit insulin. Then you should take Gamer2 twice a day. If you want nonvege take dehati chicken and eggs, small fishes. Don't take milk or it's product until you get back normal. I have done so and now a days not taking any medicine for lowering sugar.
