High Blood Pressure in young girl?
Hi everyone, thank you for reading this is a long post. I am 20 and 134 pounds, and never had a history of any illnesses. I was always healthy. I could run Miles and I would never get headaches wasn’t on any medications. So back in October of 2017 I started frequently peeing like 7-8 times at night

Propafenone
I've been taking propafenone for a week now 150mg twice a day for constant extrasystole (18000 in 24 hours according to my holter results), it's been a nightmare. I was already taking 50 mg of Metoprolol due to the same issues during pregnancy (200mg while pregnant and lowered to 50mg as soon as baby

Severe Panic Disorder
Hello all, I’m here to see if anyone else feels like this. I have been struggling with panic disorder since I was 12 years old. I am currently 23. Recently my symptoms have gotten so bad. My heart races and pounds constantly and my chest vibrates. When I’m having a panic attack I feel like I’m choking

Betablockers Metoprolol vs Nebivolol
My doc is giving me choice re continue metoprolol or try " newer" betablocker Nebivolol. He says he hears less complaints about side effects with Nebivolol. My two concerns are 1. Price is much higher with newer drug and 2. When I read up on Nebivolol, states you cannot suddenly stop it, might cause

Metoprolol and light headed
Hi, I have been taking metoprolol tartrate, 75mg twice a day. I also take methimizole, 10mg twice a day, Eliquis 5mg twice a day and Xanax as needed. Started it all because of hyperthyroid and went into A Fib. I have noticed the last several days my heart rate has been dropping into the 50's at night

Afib & cardioversion
I was first diagnosed with AFib several years ago, ironically after I quit smoking and lost nearly 100 lbs. Converted rather quickly with metoprolol and amiodarone. Its now returned à nd the drugs have not converted it to normal sinus rhythm and are wanting to do an electro- cardioversion. Should I skip

Medication and Heart Rate
Does everyone experience this? With my Afib I take metoprolol taurtrate. My heart rates goes from the 50’s to 80’s low 90’s in the same day. I take 75mg 2 x’s daily. Is it normal for heart rate to be up and down? I am 4 months post abliation. It seems to have gotten like this over the last three

Stopped Pills - Heart went back to sinus rhythm
Time to confess what I've done. For most of you that know me you may remember that last year after having an infected tooth removed my heart went back to sinus rhythm. I thought I was cured for ever, but that wasn't to be. My sinus rhythm lasted for six months, a length of time unheard of for me as I'd
