Really scared as tremor getting worse
As suggested, I alternated my hydroxocobalamin with
methylcobalamin
injections, also making sure I have sublingual B12 (PAS suggested this). Taking folic acid and iron.

Cramps and tremors
I've heard
methylcobalamin
is better with neurological symptoms, but my GP says its not available in UK? Anyone know a safe, reliable supplier in UK? Has anyone experienced similar symptoms and made a full recovery? I'm a Yoga teacher, so to say this is impacting my livelyhood is an understatement!

problems tolerating methyl 12
Hello, I have tried over and over to take methyl B12 (all different brands) sublingually, but because all of the B12 I have tried ALWAYS have "natural flavoring" in them, which isn't really natural, I get terrible headaches from the dye used. Does anyone here know of a liquid or pill methyl B12

Update - had to go to A&E yesterday
I stared to feel very faint, and got pins and needles all down the right side of my body. My husband was really concerned (and I was getting a bit scared too, started wondering if I was having a stroke, and I'm only 46). I saw two doctors, who did lots of tests of my reflexes, co-ordination and sensitivity

Symptoms returning despite self injecting every other day - advice please
However, decided to self inject every other day, which I have doing so with
methylcobalamin
for last few months. I have also been taking 10mg of amitriptyline every other day and all seemed well under control. However, the last couple of days, noticed the odd bit of pins and needles returning.

Shall I start taking 1000mcg lozenges, or should I give it a bit longer?
I posted before Christmas but I would like some further advice: a blood test showed I was very slightly low in B12; I'm not vegetarian, I eat a fairly normal British diet. But I did take omeprazole for several months (this can inhibit your ability to absorb b12), I stopped this in November, and the

Vitamin D and Methylcobalamin B12
Hi, I have just been looking on amazon for Vitamin D3 5,000iu and
Methylcobalamin
B12 sublingual lozenges but so many came up from all different brand names and I don't want to buy the wrong one. What would be the best one to buy without extra unwanted ingredients?

Vit. B12 & Folate
Also, I've read that
Methylcobalamin
if I spelled that right is the way to go for B12, but what is a safe supplier that doesnt contain heavy metal contamination and actually contains what it's supposed to.

On taking advice from you guys, despite my B12 being "within range" it is still lower than it should be (334) so I have purchased some Vitamin B12
Methylcobalamin
1000mcg.

Are supplements causing a reaction?
Hi I am taking the following Jarrows supplements: B-Right, Methyl Folate & Methyl B12 together with calcium, magnesium, zinc, biotin, COD liver oil with A & D vits. I also take propranolol for migraines. The Jarrows items have only been added in the last month. Has anyone experienced an all over rash

Cyanocobalamin for injection - where from?
Hi, After reading the FaceBook posting by the PAS about a paper describing a genetic mutation that affects activation of
methylcobalamin
, but not cyanocobalamin, I decided to try using cyano for my next jab.

Took 5000mcg sublingual before blood test
I've been noncompliant with shots for a year but have been taking sublingual
methylcobalamin
5000mcg. I took one the morning of my test and serum measured 1968!! High levels can be a marker for cancer, but was my test skewed? I plan to repeat, but how soon?
