What do you think about it? It has a good price and ingredients looks fine for me.

I am looking a good b complex to take with jarrows b12 ( what daily dose do you recommend with blood test for b12 - 335? 1000 or 5000?). I read about thorne one but ithe is a little bit expensive especially it is only 60 tablets.

I would take the 5000mcg whilst you try to improve the B12. Further testing of no value as results will be artificially raised. Do Jarrow do a B Complex to compliment the B12 ?

You could try it - have you checked the ingredients ? The reason the Thorne is more expensive is because it contains Methylfolate which is natural - rather than Folic Acid which is synthetic.

That why I am asking so many question it is no problem to buy whatever and even to spend a lot of money you can get bad product. Mostly i have been checking b12 methylcobalamin and it is so hard to find a b complex with this! Most of them got cyanocobalamin!

Just come back from a very slow walk with my Hypo dog No coat required. Clouds and lots of blue - very warm in the sun. Hubby weeding - dog sleeping - so all is well with the world !
