I just started Levothyroxine a few days ago at 50mcg with my last TSH 6.36 and I just wanted to know if I need to supplement. My B12 is 471 pg/mL with the reference range of 211-946, and Folate is 11ng/mL with reference range greater than >3.0. My Vit D is low at 27.3 ng/mL R.R. 30-100, so I know that needs to be higher. Also, I've read that Methylcobalamin if I spelled that right is the way to go for B12, but what is a safe supplier that doesnt contain heavy metal contamination and actually contains what it's supposed to.

Jean43, 1,000mcg Jarrows Formula and Solgar are good methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, and BetterYou Boost 1,200mcg B12 is a good B12 spray. Good idea to take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced too. Folate 11 is good.
