I know
methylcobalamin
is light sensitive, is it heat sensitive as well? Thinking that shipping to the US from the UK might take a couple of weeks, at least, and wondering how well it would hold up during transit in the hot summer months.

I'm new here - blood test advice?
I'd been reading on here (recommended by a friend) and other places, decided to go for
methylcobalamin
instead and upped the dosage by myself. Not much happened for a week, but then definite improvement!! Told the Doc, he was stunned I think. B12 tested in Sept blood test, not Feb blood test.

B12 level of 800 but still i have symptoms?
I took
methylcobalamin
for 5 months. For 3 months, i took 1000mcg daily and for the next 2 months, i took 2000mcg per day. Recently, i got my b12 level checked out, and it came out at 800. Even though, my blood b12 has risen to such a good level, i still have symptoms?

I have Sub-Acute Combined Degeneration of the spine due to pernicious anemia. How long does it take for methylcobalamin to work
I am now taking injections of
Methylcobalamin
and Hydrocobalamin every other day. How long will it take till I see a difference, that's hoping its not too late. would be grateful for others experiences and what I should do. I inject myself as I am a nurse.

Perpetual exhaustion and fogginess continue to affect my entire life
For starters, I have NOT been diagnosed with pernicious anaemia or B12 deficiency. I have had my B12 serum levels tested on multiple occasions over the years, and the serum levels are always slightly elevated, even without taking any B12 supplements at all. For a while, I was convinced B12 malabsorption

METHYL B6 MethylyCobalamin - Is there a CHEMIST in the house
MethylCobalamin
- because of the METHYL Group then ... ?? should happen.... (which wouldn't happen in NON Methyl B12's). Hope the question makes sense.... & obviously in the real world ..... there are unscroupulous sellers who will pass off Cheap CyanoCobalamin .... for more expensive versions.

Vitamin Brands and doses
I’m currently taking cytoplan B12 as
methylcobalamin
and adensosylcobalamin which I’m happy with. I’d like to add in a good vitamin D. I’ve read it’s best taken with vitamin K and calcium? Could anyone recommend a good iron supplement also. Any any advice for when to take would be fab.

Tinnitus after beginning supplementation?
I started supplementation on 5/1 and in 18 days, I've had 12 1000mcg shots of either cyanocobalamin or
methylcobalamin
along with heavy oral supps of tablets and sublinguals. If you look at my past posts, I've had some muscle twitching, weakness, and now tinnitus.

Homeopathy for PA
Hi All, I am taking
methylcobalamin
500 mcg every alternate day from more than a month. My symptoms initially got little bit better but after 2 weeks the symptoms are getting even worse. I am not sure what’s going on . I have PA as IFA and PCA are positive. One of my friend suggested Homeopathy.
