Vitamins ordered

Hi,

I have just ordered Valupak vitamin B complex (x3) Thorne vitamin D/K2 (1oz-30mg) and Jarrow Methylcobalamin B12 500mg 100 cherry flavoured vegan Lozenges (X2) from amazon following the thyroid link and I already have Ferrous fumarate 210mg prescribed by my doctor. Can I take all these at the same time of the day at about 4pm as I usually take my Levothyroxine 100mg at 8 or 9am.

Naturegirl22, vitamin D is best taken with the fattiest meal of the day to aid absorption. You can take vitD/B Complex and B12 together. Check what the Ferrous Fumarate PIL says.

Okay thank you, the vitamin D/K2 is a liquid drop placed on the tongue
