Injections Cyanocobalamin vs. Methylcobalamin
I have read that
Methylcobalamin
is a kinder more natural supplement. Does anybody have any experience in changing from one to another and is this something gp’s are open to. Note : I have an under-active thyroid, haemochromatosis as well as b12 deficiency Thanks in advance M

Jarrow B12 MethylCobalamin
Is the Jarrow
MethylCobalamin
lozenges 5000mg or 1000mg any good? Which one is best? I will wait for my blood results to come back but I think I need to start taking something soon to stop myself feeling so ill, which would be best to start on? Thank you :)

MMA test - any point after treatment?
I’ve had non specific B12 deficiency for around 2 years. 2 monthly Hydroxycobalamin injections for 10 months with daily sublingual
Methylcobalamin
. Still looking for something. Is there any point in a urine MMA test if treating with high serum B12 supplement for so long.

B12 supplements and potassium
Especially in
methylcobalamin
form. Which, in turn, can trigger anxiety-like side effects. Can anyone give insight to this claim?

Buying injectable B12 online
I’ve since been getting b12 shots (
methylcobalamin
) through my local naturopath. I’d like to have the option of injecting myself and was wondering if anyone has a specific site they rely on for quality injectable
methylcobalamin
b12 shots.

How do you feel between doses
Presently I am on 2500 mcg sublingual
Methylcobalamin
2x day. I felt better in the beginning (but b Complex gave me more anxiety) but now I am having muscle cramps and tingles even in places I did not get before. Any input?

Anyone here take hydroxy b12 lozenges?
So iv been taking a methyl b12 complex that includes methyl folate and some b12 methyl spray but iv noticed I'm getting such bad headaches. Found out as I have the mthfr gene and one of the vdr tags so it says I can tolerate all types of b12 but less methyl, so I thought I'd try some hyoxy lozenges for

Will Cyanocobalamine be OK?
Will they be OK or should I send them back and order
methylcobalamin
? These are my first B12 supplements. My MMA test came back negative but I want to try supplementing with B12 to see if it makes a difference.

Vitamin B Complex suggestions
Hi can anybody recommend me a safe Vitamin B complex to take along side my 1000mg Jarrow Methyl B12? I notice most of the B complex contain B12 also and don't want to over do the B12 - Even though I know it is a safe vitamin to take large doses of. Thanks

Has Hydroxycobalamin and/or adenosylcobalamin shown superior effects for you on memory!!???
Articles on the topic appear to be limited, I was wondering what people's real world experiences have been with hydroxylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin relative to just using
methylcobalamin
?? Thanks!

Can you take both types of b12 simultaneously?
I wanted to buy a multi vitamin (taken by mouth) and it has 8mcg
methylcobalamin
Included in it along with other assorted vitamins. Does it matter if I choose to do both or should I not for any reason? It also includes folate (not folic acid), does that matter also?

OK to test after one B12 patch?
A friend would appreciate advice - she used 1 B12 patch (
methylcobalamin
1000ug) a week ago. How soon can she test her B12 level? (We're hoping that given that it was just 1 patch, she doesn't need to wait 4 months.) thanks!

B12 Injection absorption
I'm still having symptoms of low b12 and I'm just not sure what the difference could be (both are 1cc of
methylcobalamin
B12)... I've looked on other forums but can't seem to get a clear explanation. Thoughts?
