Vitamin B Complex suggestions

Hi

can anybody recommend me a safe Vitamin B complex to take along side my 1000mg Jarrow Methyl B12? I notice most of the B complex contain B12 also and don't want to over do the B12 - Even though I know it is a safe vitamin to take large doses of.

I really like the Thorne vitamins and Seeking Health. Seeking Health has one called B minus, but then you’re not going to get folate. Thiorne makes a good B-complex (that includes 9 and 12, methyl forms), I think it’s called Stress B. It’s a little tricky what you are trying to do; if you do want folate but you want sublingual B12, your best bet would be Seeking Alpha because you could get the B-minus and add in sublingual folate/B12 tablet that they sell. You could also alternate: taking complex every other day and skipping B12 when you do.

I like Igennus Super B complex. It does include B12, but very little B12 is absorbed in the gut. Daily full dose is 2 tablets (am & pm) but I find just single dose is adequate

Nice small tablet and doesn't turn your pee bright yellow
