How do you feel between doses

Hi.

I began my loading protocol with 3 shots over 5 days. My shots were comprised of a B Complex mix that included 1000mcg of Cyanocobalamin (which according to my research is the least affective especially during loading). Presently I am on 2500 mcg sublingual Methylcobalamin 2x day.

I felt better in the beginning (but b Complex gave me more anxiety) but now I am having muscle cramps and tingles even in places I did not get before. Any input?

If you were b12 deficient then the muscle cramps could be from needing potassium. When more than usual, red blood cells are being produced and splitting many find they can get low in potassium which causes cramping and twinges. Rda of potassium is 4700 mg which is alot. Banana has appox 400. Russet potato has appox 850. Multivitamins usually have less than 100. I drank 2 fruit punch flavored vitamin waters daily,(only flavor with high potassium, 880 mg, a banana and a potato, daily.

Additionally, you can take magnesium suppliments and epsome salt baths for cramping and anxiety. You need at least 400 mg daily. Multivitamins usually only have about 100.

Best of luck
