Vitamin b12 queries!!!
there is no easy answer to your question - people respond differently to different types of B12 - and in fact there is a fourth adenosyl that you haven't mentioned.
Some of this difference in response is probably genetic in origin and even then it is going to be difficult to interpret if you have a full genome because of interactions between different genetic combinations and the fact that the full processes for activating certain genetic variants is a long way from being understood.
Some people find methyl good - others find it does nothing for them and others find it actually makes things worse
cyano should not be used if you have lebers - a rare genetic condition - mainly affecting males - which makes you particularly sensitive to the cyano element. It can cause damage to the optic nerve in people with lebers
hydrox works well for lots of people but some people find it doesn't do enough and some people don't get on with it - finding cyano suits them better.
adenosyl is the least stable type - not sure if it is available as injections - but is available as tablets/sublingual tablets.
there is a rare genetic variant that makes people unable to process methyl fully so it is available to be combined to form adenosyl at the cell level.
the only way to really know which suits you best is to try and see.
Personally I use a mix of all 4 - cyano and hydroxo as injections, hydroxo and methyl as nasal sprays and adenosyl as sublinguals. methyl doesn't help me at all with neuropsychiatric symptoms but is quite good for some other neurological problems. adenosyl seems to be the best in terms of controlling incontinence.
