I'm taking a methylcobalamin sublingual at 2mg. How often should I take this supplement?

There is no solid answer to this. You cannot overdose even if you took a botteful per day. You do not say how deficient you are and why you want to take it - but if you are re-stocking your liver with B12 you can take it freely. Don't forget to take Folate so that your body can make use of the B12.

I'm at 190 on a scale of 232 and up. I've been eating Folate rich foods (beans, orange juice, green leafy veggies) instead of taking a supplement.
