Positive Brachial Lymph node
Doctor said Brachial Lymph node
metastasis
is very rare. Does this worsen the prognosis? There is no distant
metastasis
neither in first PET CT not in the latest one. The clinical staging confirmed by Tata Online opinion (Navya) was Stage 3C.

Brain tumor/inflamation due to radiotherapy
While we got good news after the PET scan that my dad’s lung cancer and
metastasis
have not been progressing , looks like he got quite a big inflammation in the brain due to radiotherapy. He has memory loss and weakness in his legs because of that.

Pet scan results
Got my results ... the Letrozole has stopped working after 10 months. And the cancer in my bones has increased - a lot (twice as much In most bones). I was shocked because I’m feeling better Switching to Faslodex and Ibrance. Starting with 3 rounds in the first month 😳 If you are taking Faslodex

Hair loss
Hi all I am on month seven of Ibrance Faslodex and Xgeva. Starting to lose my hair. I first noticed it was thinning and now see pieces of hair all over. Any ideas or information about this. I’m going to buy a snood today. Does it eventually come back. ? Gwennie

So thankful to God
I had a PET Scan yesterday and was so worried before I got the results. I had convinced myself that things were worse because I have been experiencing so much pain in my left hip, leg and ribs. My sweet doctor called me this afternoon and told me there was NO change from my Scan 2 months ago. I cried

Urologist already said if bone scan shows
metastasis
then hormone therapy would be indicated. My only physical symptom to date is frequent need to pee (at least once a night, two to three times during the day.) Have had this condition for over 10 years.

New and terrified
She's treating it for now as pneumonia but in light of the other labs, we're now looking at another site of potential
metastasis
. He is scheduled for biopsy and CT in 6 days (waiting on rectal culture and antibiotic therapy first). What should we be asking?

Faslodex
Hi ladies I so appreciate the wonderful information and encouragement from this site I have a new question :for those of you who are using faslodex wondering how long it took for it to work -I have been on it for 4 months with some progression I’d read some place that it can take longer for it to start

Anyone have a RP with metastatic prostate cancer?
Everything I have been reading is very promising and suggests that removing the prostate, even after
metastasis
, is extremely beneficial.

How long until you were castrate resistant?
After being the 3 percent who was diagnosed after
metastasis
, I always assume the worst case scenario is going to happen.

Ibrance honeymoon over
It's been a good run, but after 18 months on Ibrance and Faslodex, indicators are telling my oncologist it's time for a change in meds. He put me on Xeloda, which I start in 2 weeks. Of course, I'm scared of the side effects and how this new drug will react in my body. Anyone have experience with

For those with bone metastasis: what are (were) your ALP numbers or bone-ALP?
Not sure if really sensitive, but after 2 PSMA PET CT, 1 biopsy and now a very detailed mri (waiting results, very long inside mri for about 1,5 hours), doctor still don't know if my husband has or not bone
metastasis
.... So I am trying to see if ALP numbers are related.
