I was diagnosed with brain
metastasis
2 years ago which I had SRS for. This was successful for awhile but I now have progression in one of the mets. My recent thorax/Abdomen CT has now also shown a small tumour at the bottom of my right lung.

thoughts 🙏
hi everyone, my dad has had MBC since June of 2022. He has been on Ibrance, letrozole, lupron, and xjeva. His Mets were to bone and then he was NED for a year from June 2022 to June 2023. In July he took a PET scan and it showed a slight uptake of activity to his chest wall. Plan was to keep him on

Why do I feel so rundown on ibrance?
Hello, I am a breast cancer survivor, stage 4, her2- , estrogen and progesterone positive.I was on Ibrance and letrozole for around 2 yrs. I was told the pills usually only last 9 months. Almost Depends on the person. Every time I have my labs done my white count and neutrophils were too low.

A recent MRI of the spins found Anterolisthesis at the exact area of the pain but no
metastasis
. Qualified for Support ESA and PIP but for my own sake I just want some answers if it is post radiotherapy stuff.

Input on Timing of Initial ADT after RP/SRT Failed
For the group: â–« Does starting ADT early delay
metastasis
? â–« If ADT is started early, will that make the cancer ADT resistant earlier? â–« Aside from not experiencing the ADT side effects, is there an advantage to delaying the start of ADT?

Tooth extraction after receiving Zometa?
Has anyone had a tooth extraction after receiving a Zometa infusion? My tooth extraction is scheduled for 9/18 but it’s not related to my metastatic breast cancer or any drugs I have received. It’s due to internal resorption and is being removed 8 weeks after my first Zometa infusion. My oncologist thinks

Also when psa goes up does that necessarily mean there are new

or can it just means same ones are active again?

Progression of BC Mets
I have had a good run of my Ibrance, (in different dosages), and Letrozole combination since 2017 after 1st Mets diagnosis. (History ER+ Her2- BC) Now I have progression and I'm not sure my doctor is going down the right road. She is suggesting Kisqali and Faslodex. From what I've read, Kisqali would

I feel like this may be going
