Potential Orgovyx Side Effect
I have been on Orgovyx for almost 3 months and having been on Lupron for several years, I am very familiar with what side effects I can expect. I have experienced something that has cropped since I started Orgovyx and am wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing. I have had severe flatulence

How common is Nocturia with PCa?
Hi, are any other men out there experiencing Nocturia with PCa? My Dad has to urinate 4-5 times every night. Is this caused by PCa, Abiraterone, Lupron or it is a post Radiation side effect? Also does it get better, any treatment advice that might help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.

PSA 1.34 - Testosterone <7 ng/dl
My urologist indulged me and gave me the requested tests, numbers look good for 60 days on Eligard (Lupron). I have been concerned that Lupron is not working as I am still having sex 3-4 times /week. Does it say <7 because testosterone test is not sensitive to amounts below 7?

Urologist persistently delays my shot for 20-30 days past the 90 day mark. ( getting 3 mo shot ) Oncologist refuses to get involved. Any opinions or similar experiences ? I am nearing 3 year mark of Gleason 9, stage 4. Doing very well so far with undetect PSA and tolerable side effects. 79 yo, otherwise

What to do going forward post RP
Wife here. My husband is 70 years old and in very good health other than having prostate cancer. His doctor is taking the wait and watch approach. His last Lupron shot was in May of 2021 and the plan is to test his PSA every 3 months. When it starts to go up, additional treatment will be considered

My 28 Days Water Only Fasting Experience and IVCs
I think this subject might interest some fellow warriors and some may plan to do it, so here is my experience. Medically supervised water fasting was done in Arizona with intention to reverse or stop progression of cancer and reset microbiome. My PSA doubling time without medication and supplements

To Abi or Not to Abi
We consulted 2 uro oncologists ( one of who performed TURP ) . Both of them seem to indicate that role of 2nd gen anti androgens is not clear based on the existing literature. We also consulted 2 MO's ( including Dr. Joshi from tata memorial hospital) seem to suggest using Abi + pred . Now we are

ART PCRI Postponing Hormone Resistance and Perineural Invasion PNI
ART PCRI Postponing Hormone Resistance and Perineural Invasion PNI This podcast was of interest to me. I have perineural invasion (PNI) reported in both my prostate and surgical biopsy, reports. Likewise, I have a near maximum Decipher score for aggressiveness and cancer type lethality (0.97 out of 1.0

High testosterone treatment
Oncologist is ready to give injection of testosterone. I have been off ADT now for 12 months. Testosterone is 10 up from 4 in last two weeks, PSA is < 0.08 two weeks ago. I am 80 years old and have been fighting this now starting in 1999, My concern is if I do not do well on this and my PSA rises so

Androgen Receptor [AR] Axis Therapies
Some thoughts on AR-axis therapy (androgen deprivation & AR antagonists) after reading a new assessment of the benefit of second-line drugs [1]. In a sense, I view myself fortunate to have been diagnosed in 2004. When surgery [RP] was not successful (nor salvage radiation) it was suggested that I begin

Low Red Blood Cell count
I did a search at this website and did not find anything substantial. I am on Lupron and Keytruda. I have low red blood cell count (3.44), low hemoglobin (10.5), and low hematocrit (33.0). These are typical values and vary at most 6% (up/down) monthly over the past year. Physician assistant says

PSA rise
Have been on Lupron and Zytiga for five years now. PSA has been increasing exponentially .02, .04, .16 Is this an indication that my medication is losing its effectiveness?
