Have been on Lupron and Zytiga for five years now. PSA has been increasing exponentially .02, .04, .16 Is this an indication that my medication is losing its effectiveness?

Maybe wait till PSA reaches between 0.5 and 1.0 and then get a PSMA Pet-Ct scan to identify, to the best our current ability, the sources of your PSA. If they are few then zap em…

My MO just did that for me. PSA check Tuesday. I was told if it works, immediate results are noticed.

" .02, .04, .16"

What is the doubling time.

When you hit 2.0 is when you get the most reliable scan results.

At your current doubling rate it won't take too many more readings before you are there.

Only 2 more readings. 0.64 then 2.64

You need to prepare for some kind of material change in treatment.
