Amino acid supplements for CKD
My wife has CKD. We heard that certain amino acids help with CKD but I can't find any supplements for CKD. Does anyone know of any amino acid supplements for CKD?

Prostap long term use
I’ve been on this for three years on and off. I have the three monthly injections. I now have a lot of bone issues. When you take pro stap it stops the oestrogen and it’s the stopping of the oestrogen that causes a lot of the bone issues not the actual injection itself. Although the injection stops oestrogen

Ways to increase Omega 3 , 6 And vitamin K
I have been on a journey to cure fibroid, excruciating menstrual cramps, too much menstrual blood loss and fatigue for 2 years. I suspect the root cause is hormonal. Anyway I did some research and lack of omega 3, 6 and vitamin k can cause the issues I'm dealing with. Does anyone have similar issues

Is that a normal experience

Thyroid or Nutrients
Morning All, Haven’t been on here for a while, although I do check in now and again. Reason for this post is I am a bit confused about my symptoms and don’t know if it’s thyroid related or lack of nutrients. I have developed dry eye and my hair was falling out quite a bit but was regrowing my hair texture
