I misread which run to do next. Thinking the run number was the one below the one in the blue circle when actually it must have been the the one in the blue circle so I missed out a couple of runs and then found myself having suddenly to have to run for 5 minutes! It nearly killed me but Sarah said that was a good sign so I did the same thing on the next run and now I'm having to give up until I feel able to do it again. I'll go back to week 3 when the pain has gone. I haven't run for 3 days now but I'm still in pain. I think it's partly due to the alendronic acid I take for my bones. I was deader than I've felt in my life yesterday. I took my weekly dose of the alendronic and then chopped up a few trees with the Wildlife Trust, came home, collapsed for 2hours and then spent 1.5 hours cutting our grass. I'm taking it very easy today!!
