please can anyone help with how to manage the excruciating pain with endo?
I'm currently prescribed
mefenamic
acid
(250mg tabs) and cocodamol (30/500mg tabs) but the gp said there is nothing else. They barely touch the sides and I'm in complete agony. Does anyone have any ideas/help that they could please offer me?

Advice needed
She was treated for her periods with
mefenamic
acid
(spelling?) plus others, she is very difficult to treat due to being super sensitive to EVERYTHING.

Am I right to suspect endometriosis and ask to see a private specialist?
Mefenamic
acid
didn’t really do anything, neither did ibuprofen or paracetamol. I get period pain also that starts in my tummy and then goes all down both legs though sometimes does it more in my left leg and mum said that’s normal for periods pain.

is everyone else not getting diagnosed or much treatment?
More recently I’ve been given co codamol (the lowest dose) and
mefenamic
acid
500mg but both didn’t do anything. My gp wouldn’t prescribe anything else and said I can’t have more naproxen cause I’m on the highest dose. I’m going to try the patch soon but I have to have the week break.

Severe bleeding and high blood pressure on Tibolone
I spoke to the nurse who said she couldn’t do anything but advised me to take Tranexamic and
Mefenamic
Acid
until the consultant comes back. I went to the GP on Tuesday because I’m also anaemic so the bleeding doesn’t help.

Laparoscopy made everything 1000x times worse, anyone else?
I take a combination of: (depending on what's pains/issues are going on) tranexamic
acid
,
mefenamic
acid
, ibuprofen, codine/ tramadol paracetamol, naproxen, Diclofenac sodium, Propranolol (for the anxiety) Omeprazole. Personally I find the naproxen and codine are usually best, for me.

I’m currently having investigations into Endo-sorry long post but need some advice or any reassurance:)
Then had to go again because not even a bit of improvement from that 3 day course, then another doctor gave me naproxen and dihydrocodeinone and after another appointment, changed the naproxen to
Mefenamic
acid

Severe Period Pains
She's been prescribed
Mefenamic
Acid
to take when pre- menstral but this relies on her having some warning symptoms first. Which has worked when she gets warning. However, Today, her period came suddenly & has severe pain from cramps, vomiting, loss of colour & shivering.

first lap - nothing found. Please help.
Hi, I’m new here (or I’ve been acting like a shadow for months, reading your stories & experiences and feeling a sense of support from you all without reaching out, so firstly thank you) I have had ongoing pelvic pain since 2021. Continuously. It started as a niggle in my right ovary. I noticed it

Pain Medication after Laparoscopy
Due to my other medical issues I can’t take any NSIADS including: ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, celecoxib,
mefenamic
acid
, etoricoxib & indomethacin. I normally take just cocodamol and rest when having bad flare ups. Along with expensive medical patches to sooth the areas.

What do I do?
I’m currently prescribed diclofenic, codeine,
mefenamic
acid
and tranexamic acid to help with the pain. The last time I went to the gynaecology emergency room they had to give me morphine as nothing else helped. Last week I was admitted to hospital due to severe pain on my period.

Exhausted.
They had tried me on multiple different contraceptive pills, tranexamic
acid
and
mefenamic
acid
. Nothing helped the period pains. I had an ultrasound which revealed some growths on my ovaries, and that my bladder did not empty itself fully.

What pain relief do you use?
Naproxen, paracetamol,
Mefenamic
acid
have done nothing for me. I'm currently on co-codamol 30/500 which is working but is saying my constipation to be worse than it is already. Does anyone use Amitriptyline? Thinking it might help with the nerve pain up and down my legs?

Alendronic acid for oa ?
Having had a dexa scan, my doctor wants me to take Alendrolic acid, once a week 75 mg. Having read the leaflet, it says not to take steroids whilst using? I have at least 4 lung infections every year and prednisolone has to be taken with antibiotics and dies help a lot. I am concerned that I can’t
