Failed vasectomy reversal
Hi, a couple of weeks ago got the devastating news that my partners reversal had failed. Only a couple of sperm in the sample so treated as a failure. He has two children from a previous relationship, from what I've been reading this seems to mean getting any icsi ivf funding on the nhs would be impossible

Itching Post-Mastectomy
I'm post bi-lateral
mastectomy
about 16mos. Sometimes I get the most severe itching on the right side of my chest. Also, I feel the zaps of pain & itching around different areas of my chest. I had implants removed. I experience numbness & tightness in my chest area.

Non-cyclical Breast Pain/ Mastalgia & Hypothyroidism: supplementing with Iodine, Progesterone, etc.
I’ve had a search through this forum and found a few posts regarding links between breast and thyroid issues. I take 75mcg T3 and 75mcg T4. You may remember my last blood tests (posted here late last year) which made my GP cross, as they showed I’d gone and self-medicated with T3 - despite him saying

My original cancer was stage 1; very small tumor in right breast; I opted for double
mastectomy
and had no sign of cancer in sentinel nodes on both sides, nor in remaining breast tissue following removal of both breasts. I had no follow-up treatment, due to "perceived" nominal risk at time.

Well I went into hospital on Monday and had the
mastectomy
and axilliarry clearance that morning and was chucked out out on Tuesday as is the way nowadays. I was lucky enough to get a bed in the private wing as the main hospital was full. Now at home I am as weak as a kitten so am taking it easy.

Is this lymphedema?
After lumpectomy,
mastectomy
I had chemo followed by radiotherapy for 6 weeks. I went back to work shortly after finishing radiotherapy, it proved too soon and I didn't feel good so took another 2/3 mths off.

Today is six years since my initial surgery for a left sided
mastectomy
. I remember feeling scared, confused and unsure if my future. I was relieved when the surgery was over and then began the battle!

23 years breast cancer survivor, just found small lump.
This week I notice what I thought was the eczema on my
mastectomy
scar. On closer examination I feel it is not eczema as it is not a rash as such, just a redness of the skin on the scar.

Lap on Thursday - very anxious!
Hi all, I think I’ve bored everyone now, but my lap is on Thursday and am scared shitless!! I will have complete excision (except bowels if they are affected) and partial cystectomy because the endo pierced my bladder badly! I’m scared of being out for many hours, of the catheter pain, of having a bag
