weird prickling
It has KSM-66® Ashwagandha 300mg L-Theanine 50mg Lavender 225mg Chamomile 250mg
Magnesium
50mg Glycine 995mg I started taking Ginko 30mg as well Even though it’s just a herbal drink I worry I shouldn’t bother. But it can’t understand the prickling, has anyone had this.

Hypo after all?
K2 MK-7 and 444mg
magnesium
citrate every evening, so the high Vit. D is not surprising) I don’t know what the high Gamma GT result might mean, but to me, a raised TSH with low FT4, folate and B12 suggest hypothyroidism. Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

My potassium and
magnesium
levels are lower than normal when renal blood tests are done. I am just trying to find out what triggers the AF.

Naproxen
I stopped taking the naproxen for about 4 months, I'm now back on them with the liners, not had a problem since.I've also discovered the joys of
magnesium
oil on my most painful joints. I'm on a very long waiting list for cortisone injections in both thumbs, the oil is making the waiting bearable.

Is it ok to take magnesium with Levothyroxine?
However I normally take
magnesium
at night for sleep. It probably helps very little so I could skip it while I try the new timing for Levo. Do you know if they should not be taken together?

Night cramp and preventer inhaler
I use
Magnesium
oil to help this but wondered if it could be the inhaler. Does anyone know if this could be the reason, if so, why and how can I prevent this? Thanks everyone.

Advice on taking Naproxine with Pred
Magnesium
200 a day against shin cramps and Vit D 1000 mg a day. Yesterday I woke up with very swollen legs, knees and feet. Never had Oedema before. Stopped all paracetamol and just took the Naproxine plus 8.5 mg Pred.

More questions from a Levo newbie I'm afraid !
Also I used to have
magnesium
bisglycinate at night to help with sleep and muscle aches. I was having 3 caps which totalled 240mg. I understand that I can't do Levo and
magnesium
at night but topically I could, so I'm switching to a
magnesium
spray and cream for bedtime.

I have multivitamins, and bought tonic water (works on my night time restless legs and cramps), and
magnesium
(I take a dose once a day whenever I feel a sharp pain flare up is about to hit, or after it hits).

Vitamin Deficiciencies and lack of GP support
We requested that a full blood test be taken to determine any deficiencies in vitamins B1,B3,B6,B12,D3,K2,Potassium, Copper and
Magnesium
. When the results came back, B1,B3,B6,K2 and copper were missing.

Timing of NDT doses
Most of the foods I eat seem to have calcium, iron or
magnesium
, and I don't want to fill up with junk like gluten free rice bread (I am on a low oxalate diet).
